Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of external sales/marketing experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, or healthcare setting required
Proven track record of achieving occupancy or sales goals
Strong existing network of healthcare referral sources preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic external marketing and sales plan to drive qualified leads and increase occupancy
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, home health agencies, and community organizations
Conduct regular in-person sales calls, presentations, and community outreach visits
Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities within the market
Coordinate and participate in networking events, health fairs, and community presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and resident admissions
Track referral activity, maintain CRM data, and report on sales performance metrics
Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging in the marketplace
