Senior Account Director

Compensation: $160,000 - $225,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

• Leads KPI/SLA governance, reporting, and corrective action management
• Ensures integration across engineering, workplace, and subcontracted services
• Owns vendor strategy and performance oversight
• Maintains and manages risk register across all sites
• Drives continuous improvement through data and benchmarking

Qualifications

• 10+ years IFM or facilities leadership experience
• Strong KPI/SLA governance and reporting experience
• Experience managing integrated service delivery models
• Financial management and cost control experience
• Life sciences or complex environment experience preferred
