THE ROLE

Zeta is seeking a Product Marketing Director, AI Solutions to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercialization for next-generation AI-driven marketing and media products and solutions , while supporting the development of new buyer-specific solutions across Zeta’s platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation , media activation, identity-driven marketing and enterprise solution packaging.

This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role responsible for:

  • Identifyingnew market opportunities
  • Defining differentiated AI-powered solutionsacross paid, owned, and identity-driven channels
  • Driving commercializationwith product, operations, GTM & Marketing teams
  • Launching innovations that accelerate customer growth and Zeta revenue

This is a highly visible role for a strategic, hands-on product marketer who thrives in fast-moving, innovation-driven environments.In this role, you will defineZeta’sgo to markets into new markets, crafting stories and strategies that resonate with buyers and acceleratemeasurablebusiness growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner withgo-to-market teamsto lead GTMstrategy, product positioningand commercializationfor Zeta’sAI drivenproducts and solutions, includingexecuting coordinated launches,campaignsand customeractivation programs.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and market (Understand customers,segmentsand their unmet needs)and translate that into market requirementsto informproduct roadmaps,support prototyping andtestingand ensure solutions align with real-world demand.
  • Define andmaintainaccuratecustomer personas and target segments, plusidentifyour strongest differentiators across our product suite for each of those segments.
  • Identifyemergingmarket opportunities, customerneedsand competitive dynamicsto inform product strategy and support development of new buyer-specific and verticalized solutions
  • Collaborate with theGTMteamsto create a transparent and internally socialized roadmap, driving market intelligence and feedback into theproduct development and go to marketprocess.
  • Quarterback world-class launchesby creating powerful “launch moments” that promoteour innovation, drivemarket awareness, andacceleratecustomer adoption.
  • Create compellingfull-funnelcontent andassetstowin new clientsand support field execution
  • Build strong relationships withthe industryanalysts to generate awareness and buy-in ofnew Zeta innovations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managementto ship amazing products and solutions that change the way marketers think and work.
  • Work closely withproduct,go to market,andcross-functional marketing teamsto drive the business and product marketing strategy.Track, measure and report againstperformance, adoption and revenue contribution to demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Present strategy, insights andresultto senior stakeholders, analysts and customers, building alignment and market credibility.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+years product marketingexperience withinAIAdTech,MarTech,media agencyor data-driven marketing.
  • Proventrack recordof creating industry and/or solution-specificpositioning,messagingandtechnicalmarketingcontent. Ability to adapt messaging to marketing and technical audiences.
  • Strongexperiencein AI and specifically its application in the enterprise.
  • Autonomy – you can lay out a plan and execute it with rigor.
  • Passion for technology with GTM andenablementknow-how.
  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including demos, presentations,enablementassetsand GTM materials, with strongcross-functional collaboration and storytelling skills.
  • Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals.
  • Creativethinkerthat can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
  • Proventrack recordof successfullybriningnew products of capabilities to market, driving adoption and customer value.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $165,000 - $195,000 , depending on location and experience.
