Summary
The Team Relations Tour Services Contractor provides administrative and guest support for daily corporate operations. This role is responsible for coordinating tours, supporting office activities, assisting visitors, managing inquiries, and helping execute on-site engagements and events. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
Schedule, coordinate, and support facility or corporate tours to ensure a positive guest experience
Greet and assist guests, visitors, and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
Answer incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate teams
Perform administrative support tasks including data entry, document preparation, filing, and record maintenance
Assist with conducting tours, orientations, and on-site engagements following established guidelines
Coordinate with internal departments to support scheduling, logistics, and communication needs
Maintain organized workspaces, meeting rooms, and visitor areas
Support special projects and additional departmental needs as assigned

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or corporate services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems preferred
