Pricing Analyst II

Leverage internal systems and data analytics to extract insights that inform and optimize pricing strategies Partner with branch and district managers to gather market intelligence and ensure pricing aligns with local competitive dynamics Support branch and sales teams in understanding, adopting, and consistently executing established pricing processes Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain to ensure timely and accurate implementation of cost changes within internal systems Track, analyze, and report on key pricing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports that support strategic pricing decisions and business planning Conduct in-depth analyses of pricing trends across product categories, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profit margins What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Over 3 years of relevant work experience Strong technical proficiency in pricing software and systems, including ERP systems and pricing management platforms Solid understanding of data management principles, including data entry and quality assurance Experience in training and user support, with the ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and troubleshoot system issues and data discrepancies Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Python, or Alteryx is advantageous Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously What you'll earn:
