Responsibilities
Address matters involving residents and their needs.
Wowing customers daily and getting them to live with us.
Be part of a team that takes service to the next level and develops ideas to improve it.
Manage and update the community’s social media efforts:
Be the "know" about social media insights and execution.
Generate and distribute content that engages followers.
Follow up on customers and close sales daily.
Greet guests, show vacant apartments virtually and in person, and help customers secure their home.
Market the property through events, social media, and employee partnerships.
Advocate for existing residents and help them renew leases.
Prepare resident lease files and organize move‑ins.
Negotiate renewals with existing residents.
Follow‑up to ensure resident service and other requests are resolved promptly.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
Prior experience at a lease‑up is desired.
Comfortable with all aspects of social media; willingness to appear on camera.
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Meet company background investigation, credit screening, and drug screening.
Prior leasing experience is a plus.
