We are seeking a full-time, in-house Architectural Designer / Draftsperson.
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare design drawings and comprehensive construction documents
Contribute solutions to design development and technical problem-solving
Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases
Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining organized documentation
Research local building codes and submittal requirements
Provide regular updates to the Principal Architect regarding design progress and project status
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
3–5 years of professional experience in an architectural office
Strong drafting and detailing skills, including experience producing construction documents. Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred
Strong graphic sensibility, including digital modeling and rendering skills. Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
A keen interest and understanding in the art of building
Self‑motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary range $67,200 – $76,800 annually
