Now Hiring: Commercial Lease Administrator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Lease Administrator to support our commercial real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing lease data accuracy, financial obligations, and pass‑through billing while ensuring full lease compliance across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

Abstract commercial lease documents, including leases, subleases, and amendments.
Maintain and update the MRI database with accurate rent, operating expenses, renewal options, critical dates, termination rights, and other lease details.
Partner with the Commercial Account Manager to ensure timely and accurate billing of rent and other lease obligations.
Review and calculate CAM charges, real estate taxes, and escalations, including CPI and reimbursable operating expense calculations.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in commercial lease administration and lease abstraction.
Strong knowledge of CAM, operating expense reconciliations, and real estate tax calculations.
Hands‑on experience maintaining lease data in MRI or similar lease management systems.
