BDC Agent Confidence Auto Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping guide them through the early stages of the vehicle buying process. Your efforts will directly contribute to increased dealership traffic, lead conversion, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and online chat

Schedule and confirm appointments for test drives and dealership visits

Accurately maintain and update CRM records with lead information and follow-ups

Proactively follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service mindset and a professional demeanor

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in customer service, sales, or automotive BDC is preferred but not required

Familiarity with CRM tools and dealership operations is a plus
