Service Bdc Representative
Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a growing dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and a top-tier automotive experience. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Bdc Representative to join our team and help manage inbound and outbound service appointments while providing excellent communication with our customers. The Service Bdc Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and supporting the service department by maintaining strong communication with our clients. Responsibilities Answer incoming service calls and respond to internet inquiries Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers Perform outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, and campaigns Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Assist with service marketing initiatives and retention efforts Qualifications Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and phone skills Organized, detail-oriented, and professional Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and CRM skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay($18-21) + performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement within the dealership Supportive team environment Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Paid training Schedule Full-time position Weekend availability may be required Empowering our team to deliver exceptional service every day.
