This role complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery and maintaining the overall cleanliness of shop and office facilities.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily garbage emptying, floor cleaning, dusting countertops and work area.
Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose unwanted vehicle parts, and arrange tools and equipment in proper places.
Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
Pre‑wash customer vehicles prior to repairs.
Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
Education and/or Experience Required
High School diploma / GED preferred.
Ability to multitask.
Automotive experience preferred.
Clear close vision required.
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail.
Required Skills/Abilities
Customer service abilities.
Positive attitude.
Trustworthy and reliable.
Willingness to learn.

Pulling/Pushing and carrying.
Walking 5+ minutes.
Sitting.
Standing 5+ minutes.
