We are seeking a financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products.
Responsibilities
Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions.
Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds; mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain required industry licenses.
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions.
Success in creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
Schedule
Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays. 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40
