About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Procurement Specialist to join our Indirect Procurement team. This Procurement Specialist role is accountable for obtaining and supporting indirect procurement goods/services required by the Marketing organizations within the Enterprise globally.
This position will be located at one of our facilities in Flagstaff or Phoenix, Arizona, or Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Pay and Benefits
$92,000 - $124,000 per year
Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
Maintain current knowledge and understanding of marketing industry trends, market intelligence, and available products and services to maximize stakeholder value in supplier engagements.
Plan and execute operating company or enterprise initiatives in alignment with stakeholder goals following sourcing strategies developed in collaboration with Category Manager and Global Category Lead.
Conduct sourcing RFx events to identify and rank suppliers based on selection criteria developed with stakeholders.
Negotiate agreements and statements of work with new or existing suppliers by leading commercial terms discussions and engaging legal for support as required.
Maintain sourcing instructions for the procurement operations team handling transactional activities consistent with operational best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to impact change employing industry standard practices and support transformational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience or relevant work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for supplier negotiation and working with internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with marketing products and services including creative agencies, media buying, branding, etc.
Ability to analyze data and interpret information to make informed decisions in support of stakeholder needs.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Desired Qualifications
ISM CPSM certification.
AMA or other marketing certification.
