We are currently seeking a
passionate and detail‑driven Executive Steward
to join our team.
About the Role The Executive Steward is a key leader within the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Stewarding Department. This role ensures the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization across all food production and service areas, directly supporting culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the Stewarding Department
Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards in all kitchens, restaurants, and food service areas
Schedule, train, manage, and coach stewarding team members
Oversee inventory control, ordering, and proper care of all kitchen equipment and supplies
Manage payroll and labor productivity in alignment with operational goals
Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Culinary leadership to support seamless operations
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in stewarding, culinary operations, or food & beverage environments
Strong knowledge of sanitation, safety, and operational best practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and team‑development skills
A hands‑on leadership style with a passion for mentoring and building strong teams
