A respected commercial builder is seeking a
Marketing Manager
with deep construction-industry experience to lead proposal strategy, brand content, and internal marketing initiatives.
This is not a traditional marketing-only role — it requires someone who understands how general contractors win work, develop compelling pursuit materials, and support interview strategy in competitive public and private-sector pursuits.

Manage company collateral, internal communications, and social media content
Support internal employee communications and company announcements
Technical Skills Needed
Adobe InDesign (required)
Adobe Creative Suite
WordPress
SharePoint
Strong proposal writing and content organization skills
What They’re Looking For
Prior marketing experience within a GC / CM / AEC environment
Strong understanding of construction proposals and interview processes
Creative but highly organized
Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable interacting with operations and executive leadership
