Job Title: Content Manager, Jr - Change Management & Communications
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day)
Locations: Westlake, TX (Primary) | Austin, TX | Lone Tree, CO
Role Summary We are seeking a Junior Content Manager to support enterprise and transformation initiatives within Change Management and Communications. This role is responsible for developing and executing clear, engaging, and audience‑specific communications that enable employees to understand organizational changes, their impact, and expected actions. The role works closely with change managers, training teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging across transformation programs.
Change Management Support
Assist change management leads in executing core change activities
Support stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness inputs
Contribute to adoption and engagement planning efforts
Communications Development
Draft and maintain employee‑facing communications including:
Emails and announcements
FAQs and talking points
Leader toolkits and briefing materials
Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned to change objectives
Customize communication content based on audience segments (leaders, managers, employees)
Stakeholder & Program Coordination
Collaborate with training and change leads to align communication timing with learning and rollout plans
Maintain communication calendars and ensure structured sequencing of messages
Support leader enablement through cascade materials and presentations
Tracking & Reporting
Track communication deliverables and publication timelines
Collect and summarize feedback and engagement insights to improve communication effectiveness
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in:
Change Management
Internal Communications
Project Communications
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for business audiences
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and structured business communications
Basic understanding of change management principles (e.g., impact analysis, adoption, resistance management)
Ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic, and evolving environments
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Exposure to change management frameworks such as Prosci or similar methodologies
Experience supporting technology or enterprise transformation programs
Familiarity with large-scale organizational change initiatives
