Position Overview Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division I and Big Ten Conference member, seeks a dynamic, innovative creative professional to join its elite football program as Director or Associate Director of Football Creative Content. The successful candidate will produce high‑caliber designs that elevate the program's brand identity and amplify the profiles of its student‑athletes.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and advance a cohesive brand identity through original, forward‑thinking design concepts across digital and print media, including motion graphics and video content, social media graphics, posters, signage, large‑scale facility graphics, recruiting graphics, website and email graphics, and paid media collateral.

Create and manage broad‑distribution creative assets and highly personalized, targeted recruiting graphics.

Assist with the creative direction of photo shoots involving current players and prospective recruits, with opportunities to contribute photography.

Leverage experience in video capture or editing (plus, not required).

Employment requires successful completion of background checks in accordance with University policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Alternatively, Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design for sports marketing and brand development.

Proficiency in motion graphics, social media design, and large‑scale facility graphics.

Experience with photo shoots and photography is desirable.

Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $51,000.00 - $81,500.00.
