Overview
Lead the execution of the USA program at each respective hub
Payrate: $19.29 Hourly
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of the USA program at each respective hub
Manages overall program elements, including the development of a timeline for the hub to follow
Manage staffing support of the local station USA program
Works with GA to host information sessions for local government partners
Manages external correspondence for the program at their respective hub
Provide professional constructive feedback to unselected participants during the recruitment process
Helps respond to labor issues (if necessary) and passes them along to overall program coordinator
Promote and support the USA program focus and missing to all local station departments
Support USAs completion of check-in surveys and exit survey
Provides feedback and coaching to USAs during the program
Support and execute the USA training curriculum for participants
Oversee daily scheduling and working areas of USAs
Oversight to ensure positive interactions and working relationships between USAs and existing employees
Provides work expectations and guidelines to participants
Maintain daily attendance log for billing verification with the business partner
Provides “Corporate Experience day” events to expose participants to other aspects of the United enterprise
Qualifications
Ability to handle simultaneous situations and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
Solid interpersonal skills with focus on teamwork
Strong verbal communication skills
Must follow United’s public contact employee appearance guidelines
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship or future sponsorship for full/part time position
Must be willing and able to work any shift including early morning, nights, weekends and holidays
Must be HS graduate (or GED) and currently enrolled in college
