At Shady Creek Winery, our Leads set the tone for the entire guest experience. They are the go‑to support for the Front of House team, the problem‑solvers on the floor, and the leaders who ensure everything runs smoothly from open to close.
We’re looking for a confident, service‑driven leader who can guide the team, support operations, and step in wherever needed—all while maintaining a warm and welcoming guest experience.
What You’ll Do
Work alongside the General Manager to serve as a point person for Front of House operations during each shift.
Support and guide Hosts, Support Staff, and Wine Tasting Associates
Step into any role (host stand, bar, floor, retail) as needed
Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in the moment
Maintain strong communication with managers and the team throughout the shift
Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring standards are met
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the winery
Help uphold service standards and reinforce training expectations
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality or a leadership role preferred
Strong communication and decision‑making skills
Ability to stay calm, confident, and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment
Natural leadership presence—team members look to you for direction
Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow
Flexible, team‑first mindset with willingness to jump in anywhere
Availability on weekends and holidays
