Contract Graphic Designer
for a reputable, national Office Furniture brand.
This position will be on-site Monday-Thursday in Waukegan, IL
(1-1.5 hours north of Chicago, about 1 hour from Milwaukee, WI)
Pay $32-35/hr
This is a 1-2 month contract which could extend.
Responsibilities Design and produce digital marketing assets including:
Sell sheets and sales collateral
Web banners and on-site graphics
Basic branding and layout updates
Translate brand guidelines into clean, visually engaging designs across platforms
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams to deliver assets on time
Prepare final files for digital and print distribution
Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency
Support ongoing creative needs with efficient, production-focused design work
Requirements
1–4 years of professional graphic design experience (junior to mid-level)
Previous design work with a reputable company; experience with larger or well-known brands is strongly preferred
Portfolio demonstrating
published digital design work
(email, web, eCommerce, marketing collateral) Junior Level Talent with 1 year + of experience OK! Looking for modern, aesthetic, national work.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
