Overview The Senior Strategist drives integrated marketing by connecting cross-functional teams, leveraging data and AI-driven insights to shape messaging, and delivering clear, strategic recommendations that align brand, audience, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Serve as the linchpin in connecting projects across Creative, Production, Media Investment & Regional Field Teams

Help ensure Messaging Strategy Execution with insights on the Toyota Brand, Competition, Customers & Marketplace

Draft Input Briefs that translate Data into Sharp Messaging Solutions

Develop & Analyze Business Data including Audience Segmentation, Regional, National & Competitive Sales Statistics

Actively Manage a Variety of Digital Content (Display, Social, Dynamic Messages, Website) to ensure Accuracy & Messaging Alignment

Collect, Collate, Manage and Maintain Sales Reports, Marketing Performance Reports, Research Reports & Data across a wide variety of Media & Research Channels for easy reference in the Development of Messaging Strategy

Quickly Adapt, Format & Communicate Data Inputs into Actionable Information for Creative Production

Serve as a Data Resource for Sales, Audiences, Competitive & Messaging Insights at National/Regional/Market Levels including Inventory, Competitive Product/Pricing/Incentive Activity, and Segment Dynamics

Create Executive-Level Presentations & Reports / Recommendations for Regional Field Teams, Leadership & Clients

Explore and Implement Widely-Used and Emerging AI Insight Tools & Media Technology

Qualifications

A Collaborative Contributor Mindset

Obsessively organized

Excellent Project Management Skills

Strong Analytical Skills to translate Complex Data into Actionable Insights

4+ years in a Marketing Agency (or related) across all media types preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iWork (Keynote)

Proficiency in using AI and LLM resources

Strong Presentations Skills

Compensation Compensation Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
