Inside Sales Rep - Staffing (Bilingual) Uncapped Commission

Miami, FL
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$60,000 – $80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
OTE:
$90,000 – $140,000+

About the Role
We are hiring a
driven Inside Sales Representative
to grow our professional staffing division.
This is a
high-activity, outbound sales role
focused on building new business through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
You will be selling
Direct Hire and Temp-to-Perm staffing solutions
to companies hiring for office and professional roles.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business through daily outbound activity
(calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach)
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Connect with:
HR Managers
Hiring Managers
Business Owners
Present staffing solutions for:
Administrative & Office roles
Accounting & Finance
HR & Operations
Customer Service & Professional roles
Negotiate service agreements and close new accounts
Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship building
Partner with recruiting teams to fulfill client needs
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in
Spanish and English (required)
1+ year of B2B sales, staffing, or business development experience
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Ability to generate business without leads
Comfortable with
high-volume outbound activity
Competitive, results-driven mindset
Highly organized and self-motivated
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
