Position Overview We are hiring an Interior Designer to join our dynamic Interiors Discipline team. This position reports to the Interiors Discipline Team Leader and is responsible for assisting with the planning, design, and coordination of interior spaces on small to mid‑scale projects, gaining hands‑on experience with industry‑specific codes, regulatory requirements, and design standards.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do

Support the creation of thoughtful, compliant, and human‑centered environments.

Prepare detailed interior design documentation and specifications, supporting coordinated project delivery.

Develop and support interior design deliverables, including space planning, finish concepts, and FF&E, while assisting in oversight to ensure design intent and project milestones are met.

Create presentation materials to communicate design concepts, options, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Supervise and mentor the development of interior design work products, supporting consistency, quality, and professional growth within the team.

Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to coordinate interior scope, resolve design challenges, and support integrated project delivery.

Coordinate with project leadership and other disciplines to resolve interior design requirements and maintain alignment across deliverables.

Participate in firm‑wide quality initiatives and uphold high standards through QA/QC reviews of assigned work products.

Personal & Professional Growth This role supports continued professional growth through increased responsibility, technical depth, and independent contribution to project delivery. Designer II professionals further develop their design judgment, coordination skills, and technical proficiency while beginning to take ownership of defined project components and phases.

What You Will Bring

3 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field.

Proficiency with design and documentation tools (Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite) and demonstrated ability to manage project components independently.

Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Interest in pursuing interior design licensure and/or relevant certifications.
