HealthLinks Marketing is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to help healthcare brands win in AI-driven search, paid media, and conversion-focused digital funnels that turn visibility into measurable growth. The Role You will execute and optimize AI-enabled search, paid media, and programmatic campaigns, while managing full-funnel performance tracked through our centralized analytics dashboard.
This is a full-time, hybrid position, combining focused remote work with in-person collaboration and strategy sessions in Charleston. This position reports to the Director of Web Development and Digital Strategy.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads to drive qualified patient acquisition
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms)
Drive organic SEO and AI-SEO performance across websites and AI discovery platforms
Optimize client visibility in ChatGPT and emerging AI search environments
Plan and execute programmatic campaigns, including:
Site and CRM retargeting
Native and display placements
Geofencing and geo-targeted strategies
Automated and rules-based optimization
Track performance using our analytics and reporting dashboard
Analyze results and translate data into clear, actionable insights
Collaborate with strategy, content, design, and account management teams to align execution
Support landing page optimization, CRO, and website performance initiatives
Stay ahead of evolving AI, paid media, and programmatic trends
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
Demonstrated success managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
Experience executing SEO and AI‑influenced search visibility strategies
Working knowledge of programmatic platforms, retargeting, native, and geofencing campaigns
