What You’ll Do
Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing funnels that move prospects from awareness to conversion through lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and retargeting campaigns
Build and refine automated email nurture campaigns that guide prospects through the client journey and improve engagement over time
Partner with social media and digital marketing teams to build strategies that align campaign goals, KPIs, audience engagement, and lead generation efforts
Create and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, paid search, and landing pages to increase qualified leads and conversions
Oversee lead magnet strategy including educational resources, downloadable content, and campaign offers that support list growth and prospect nurturing
Monitor funnel performance and campaign analytics to identify opportunities for stronger conversion rates and improved return on investment
Manage digital strategy, budgeting, and performance reporting across multiple campaigns and business initiatives
Evaluate market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to improve campaign effectiveness and messaging
Communicate campaign insights and strategic recommendations while maintaining strong internal and client relationships
Support Financial Services Professionals through digital marketing training, presentations, and ongoing communication
Promote programs, increase adoption, and represent the company at events and industry functions
Maintain campaign documentation, reporting processes, billing coordination, and compliance requirements
Stay current on digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies
Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of social media/digital marketing experience; management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing and landing page optimization, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Experience with social media platforms, automation, and performance tools
Understanding of financial industry operations (preferred)
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and marketing technologies
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to analyze audiences and create targeted content
Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
Experience training teams and managing cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with industry tools, vendors, and best practices
