As a Consultant, FIA‑LAAD, you will serve as the primary advisor to clients, leading them through the onboarding, customization, and ongoing use of highly complex and continuously evolving, claims‑based analytic deliverables that support real‑world decision‑making.

This hybrid role combines deep analytic problem‑solving with hands‑on client engagement and requires onsite collaboration in the Wayne, PA office one day per month. In this capacity, you will act as the main client‑facing consultant for both new and existing FIA‑LAAD clients, owning the end‑to‑end advisory relationship—ensuring successful onboarding, guiding clients through change, and advising on the appropriate setup, interpretation, and application of this fast‑growing service.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary advisor and main client‑facing consultant for alliance‑level FIA‑LAAD clients, supporting both new client onboarding and ongoing engagements

Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of new FIA‑LAAD clients, which may span 6–8 months as clients transition their analytics fully to LAAD

Analyze client business needs and advise on the appropriate design, setup, and ongoing refinement of highly complex and continuously evolving claims‑based analytic deliverables, including cohort design, market definitions, reporting structures, and customization requirements

Guide clients on the proper interpretation and application of LAAD and FIA outputs, including contextualizing market dynamics, data changes, and analytic limitations

Manage and coordinate client deliverable changes and enhancements, including specialty supplementations, data customizations, and collaboration with internal technology and data teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and executed

Act as the central point of coordination for client inquiries, data investigations, and issue resolution, triaging and escalating as needed to drive timely and successful outcomes

Lead or actively participate in recurring client meetings, providing consultative guidance, status updates, and strategic recommendations

Maintain detailed project plans, issue logs, and documentation to track deliverable status, changes, and resolutions across multiple concurrent client engagements

Develop and deliver ongoing client education and training to connect client business questions with underlying data and analytic methodology

Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Technology, Data Operations, and Specialty teams to ensure delivery aligns with product rules, governance, and client expectations

Support client satisfaction, value realization, contract renewals, and revenue goals through proactive engagement and trusted advisory relationships

Ensure all client support and deliverables are executed in accordance with established team and product offering guidelines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

3–5 years of related professional experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, managed care, or a similarly complex data‑driven environment

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively across teams and functions to achieve shared goals in a cross‑functional organization

Strong understanding of core business processes and how internal and external factors influence decision‑making, growth, and performance

Working knowledge of healthcare claims data and/or managed care, with the ability to interpret trends, market dynamics, and data limitations

Experience advising or supporting clients in a consultative, client‑facing role, ideally within an analytics or healthcare services context

Knowledge of current healthcare industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments, and the ability to translate these into client‑relevant insights

Solid understanding of the healthcare marketplace, including payers, providers, and related stakeholders

Familiarity with relevant professional or industry associations, key organizations, and industry contacts

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, complex deliverables, and evolving client needs simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large, sophisticated, or alliance‑level clients

Comfort operating in environments with highly complex and continuously evolving analytic products and deliverables

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytic concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $68,300.00 - $170,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part‑time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
