Overview
As a Marketing Analytics Intern, you will support Brightstar Lottery’s Customer Growth and Marketing teams by assisting with data analysis that informs market trends, customer behavior, and business performance. This paid internship provides hands‑on experience applying analytical skills in a real‑world, enterprise environment.

You will work alongside experienced professionals on structured analytical projects, gaining exposure to how marketing and business teams use data to support decision‑making and strategy.

Responsibilities

Assist with analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and changes in marketing and business performance

Support data cleaning, organization, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables

Help create summaries, charts, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders

Contribute to ad hoc analyses that support marketing initiatives and business reviews

Document assumptions, methodologies, and data sources used in analyses

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field

Foundational knowledge of data analysis or quantitative problem‑solving concepts

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to interpret data and communicate observations clearly

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Coursework or project experience in data analysis, statistics, or marketing analytics

Experience creating charts or written summaries for non-technical audiences

Interest in marketing performance, customer insights, and market dynamics

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $24.00 per hour. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
