Overview
This internship offers a valuable entry point into the Human Resources function within a global, publicly traded organization. As a People Analytics Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with people-related data and transform it into meaningful insights, supporting data‑driven decision‑making across HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the preparation and management of HR data reporting
Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of data reporting documentation
Co‑design and contribute to the development of HR dashboards
Participate in HR team meetings and support ongoing projects
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver HR analytics initiatives
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and standards
Gain an understanding of the structure and operations of a corporate HR department
Develop exposure to HR systems, processes, and people analytics practices
Strengthen professional communication, reporting, and documentation skills
Build a solid foundation for a future career in Human Resources and People Analytics
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, with a strong interest in Human Resources and data analysis
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to manage deadlines effectively
Previous experience in an office, administrative, or analytical role
Basic understanding of HR principles, business operations, or data analysis concepts
Fluency in Italian

Compensation and Benefits
Estimated starting compensation range: $18 – $24. Base pay is part of the Total Rewards program. Non‑exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses.
