Business Development Manager, Neat
Location: Hybrid opportunity ideally located out of Austin, Texas or Chandler, AZ.
About the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with our partners to identify and bring in new business for Neat. We will count on you to leverage your skills to develop unique marketing programs that cater to each customer category and selling platform.
Engage with vendor partners to strengthen relationships, facilitating partner activities and programs resulting in positive sales growth.
Meet sales and activity performance goals, including pipeline reports by opportunity; communicate monthly summaries of wins, losses, inhibitors, and net-new opportunities to management.
Maintain direct communications with inside and field sales management, promoting collaboration with partner sales teams through face‑to‑face or virtual meetings.
Implement internally created call campaigns using business intelligence to identify new areas of opportunities; track, measure, and report campaign success.

What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s Degree from a 4‑year college or university.
Channel/Partner Experience required; Neat experience highly preferred.
5‑7+ years of related professional work experience and/or training.
5+ years of related IT sales experience and vendor knowledge.
