Associate Campaign Manager We’re looking for a highly motivated, driven, and tactical Associate Campaign Manager to support the Account Management team through pre‑sale and post‑sale activation processes. You will learn the Teads landscape and how to service our clients effectively.
What will you do? Support Account Managers in developing RFPs to understand brands’ digital media and consumer obstacles.
Assist in creating media plans that maximize client investment opportunities.
Confirm media availability and make inventory reservations.
Create customized PowerPoint decks that outline responses to business opportunities.
Help generate customized site lists for clients.
Execute screenshots and demos for clients.
Implement third‑party ad server pixels into our creative enhancement studio for campaign tracking.
Manipulate reporting to address specific customer needs.
Manage basic projects based on current business needs.
What will you bring to the team? 1–2 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
Understanding of tactical systems and processes (e.g., third‑party ad servers, verification platforms, DSPs, Salesforce).
Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
Exceptional time‑management skills with the ability to plan long‑term projects while maintaining day‑to‑day effectiveness.
Attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Track record of meeting or surpassing ambitious goals in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
Comfort engaging with strategic clients and a creative, proactive mindset.
Strong relationship‑building with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative approach and understanding of diverse perspectives.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
The pay range for this position is USD $55,000 to $65,000 annually, including target earnings. The actual amount offered may vary based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
