About The Opportunity
At Teads, we’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Campaign Manager to join our team. This role will support our Sales organization by managing post‑sale execution, building strong client relationships, and ensuring campaign success across our platform. If you’re passionate about digital media, strategic thinking, and delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Provide RFP strategy and ensure storytelling is consistent across departments, including creation of client presentations, media plans, and forecasts.

Introduce new products strategically in line with commercial and operational guidelines.

Lead kick‑off calls for upcoming campaign launches with client/agency stakeholders for all activation forms (Managed Service, Self‑Service & Programmatic Deal IDs).

Assist in onboarding customers to our self‑service buying platform.

Work closely with Sales on pre‑sale client needs and communication.

Serve as the main point of contact for all client communication post‑sale.

Lead preparation for campaign activation through clear and concise communication with clients.

Oversee the post‑sale process, including campaign set‑up, pacing, delivery, incremental revenue generation, and post‑campaign analysis.

Collaborate with Associate CM & Ad Ops team for screenshots, tagging needs, reporting requests, avails pulls, site‑list requests, and other tasks.

Analyze performance data to highlight key trends.

Plan and execute multiple incremental revenue prospecting plans each quarter in collaboration with Sales.

Help internal staff development through consistent and thorough knowledge‑sharing exercises.

Qualifications

Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or Ad‑Tech company.

Understanding of tactical systems and processes (e.g., third‑party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.).

Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Proven track record of effective time management, planning long‑term and leading day‑to‑day projects.

High standards of quality, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Track record of meeting or surpassing ambitious goals in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.

Comfort engaging with strategic clients, proactive, creative problem‑solver.

Ability to cultivate strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborative approach, open to others’ perspectives.

Benefits
The pay range for this position is USD $63,000 to $83,000 annually including on‑target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
