Global Communications Manager
Global Communications Manager will partner directly with senior leaders in Capital’s Operating Group to develop and execute integrated communications campaigns, shaping functional narratives and influencing decision making as a strategic consultant and partner of choice to the business. The role focuses on supporting Capital’s Global Technology group with enterprise-wide technology programs and select other operating groups.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute communications campaigns that support Capital’s strategic priorities and bring associates along the journey to Capital @100 in 2031.
Connect functional initiatives with enterprise-level evolution, helping associates navigate transformation with clarity and confidence.
Partner with stakeholders across the business and with peers to ensure messaging and associate experience are consistent and reflect Capital’s unique culture and core values.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience leading internal communications strategy in a fast‑paced, global organization, ideally supporting a large technology function or working at a technology company.
Proven track record of developing and executing communications plans that deliver measurable business outcomes, including change management communications.
Seasoned communications leader with demonstrated project management skills, including planning, writing, storytelling, research, audience insights, and channel innovation.
Digital‑first style of writing and fluency in using Copilot for accelerated outcomes.
Up‑to‑date on current and emerging internal communications technology, tools, channels and best practices, leveraging data, insights and metrics to inform approach.
Passionate about the associate experience and understanding the role creative internal communications play in aligning, engaging and inspiring people.
Consultancy skill with senior stakeholders across the business.
Agility and ability to pivot quickly in a fast‑paced tech environment.
Global mindset and ability to navigate a highly matrixed corporate environment.
Strong coordination with peers supporting other business groups and shared creative and production resources.
Interest in current and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Compensation
Charlotte: Base Salary Range: $136,749–$218,798
Southern California: Base Salary Range: $159,354–$254,966
New York: Base Salary Range: $168,924–$270,278
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of eligible earnings. Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
