Job Summary We are looking for a Communications & Social Media Manager to lead digital communication and social media activities. The role focuses on planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing social media content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms to drive engagement, brand visibility, and measurable business impact. You will be responsible for linking communication efforts to performance, optimising campaigns to deliver ROI, conversions, and tangible growth outcomes.
What You’ll Do Develop, maintain, and coordinate the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring strategic alignment across digital channels (social media, email, website, paid media), influencer marketing, and broader communication initiatives.
Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns with clear messaging and compelling visual storytelling.
Collaborate closely with the internal teams CRM & Website Marketer, Designers, Paid Media Team, Sales, GTM and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Continuously refine campaign structures, messaging flows, and content formats to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
Social Media Management (SMM) Develop and manage high-quality content across key social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube) targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
Maintain a strategic social media content calendar aligned with brand priorities, product launches, and campaign activity.
Work with internal and external creative teams to produce engaging visuals, videos, and written content that strengthen brand positioning.
Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to optimise content and improve results.
Monitor industry trends and platform developments to create timely, relevant content that maximises engagement and brand visibility.
Content Creation & Management Ideate and write compelling content for websites, social media, product pages, landing pages, and digital ads.
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the CRM team. (CX)
Coordinate social media content (captions, posts, short-form storytelling) and collaborate with designers for visuals.
Support in organisation of photo/video content production to support campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for maximum ROI.
Own and refine brand messaging to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Craft compelling product descriptions, ad copy, social media posts, blog articles, and email content .
Develop persuasive, audience-focused content of multiple brands, that resonates with different customer segments.
Ensure the brand’s tone of voice and storytelling approach are effectively maintained across all platforms.
SEO & Website Content Execution Coordinate SEO best practices in content creation, including keyword integration and readability optimization.
Regularly update and optimise website content (product pages, blog, landing pages) to improve organic traffic and conversions.
Work with the web team to improve on-page SEO structure, metadata, and internal linking strategies .
Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor content and campaign performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion rates) and refine strategies accordingly.
Work with analytics, paid media, and CRM teams to assess content effectiveness and optimize messaging.
Implement A/B testing on content formats, subject lines, and calls to action.
Stay ahead of content trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to refine marketing efforts.
What You’ll Bring 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, social media, or digital marketing.
Experience managing social media channels and content strategies .
Strong copywriting and content creation skills . Native English is a plus.
Familiarity with campaign planning, social media analytics, and basic SEO .
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms . Expert in Meta/Tiktok/Linkedin infrastructure.
