Marketing Intern
Academic Intern
The Marketing Intern will support a variety of internal and external marketing activities, gaining hands‑on experience in digital content, events, and communications.
Responsibilities
Updating and maintaining website content
Assisting with the creation and refinement of solution briefs
Organizing and maintaining sales enablement materials
Supporting the planning and coordination of an upcoming UST event
Participating in marketing strategy sessions to gain exposure to how integrated marketing operates within a global organization
What you need
Interest in marketing, communications, or business
Basic computer skills (Google Docs, PowerPoint, or similar tools)
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and meet simple deadlines
Comfortable working with a team and asking questions
Reliable, organized, and professional
Compensation
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $20‑24 per hour
Benefits
Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Additional benefits such as voluntary short‑term disability and health savings account are also available.
Part‑time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires) and are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. Part‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year. Full‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave and are eligible for the company’s 401(k) program. All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits will receive the benefit of those laws.
