Marketing Specialist (Shopper Marketing)
Location: Tampa HQ facility. Working Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
What You Will Do
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to support shopper marketing initiatives within a fast‑paced consumer environment. In this role, you will support the activation of marketing programs at the point of purchase by coordinating cross‑functional partners, assisting customer teams, and managing day‑to‑day project execution that strengthens product visibility, shopper engagement, and brand loyalty within the convenience retail channel. The position offers hands‑on exposure to shopper marketing planning and retail execution, building foundational skills across the full path to purchase.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of shopper marketing programs that support brand, sales, and retail objectives
Manage field requests for signage, merchandising assets, and promotional materials to support retail execution
Source branded merchandise and support vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
Provide project administration support including invoicing, budget tracking, timelines, and documentation
Partner cross‑functionally with Creative, Sales, Product Lifecycle, and Accounting teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
Create and distribute sales tools, presentations, program recaps, and performance summaries
Education and Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint):
Conditional formatting in Excel
Text functions such as LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TRIM, CONCAT
XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP
Creating and using Pivot Tables
Experience creating and managing PowerPoint decks with animations and custom branded templates
Experience with tools such as Margin Minder highly desired
Previous experience pulling reports and data using Power BI
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams:
Proactively supports teammates
Collaborates across multiple functions
Can resolve minor conflicts independently
Additional Skills that Will Strengthen Your Candidacy
Experience working in consumer‑packaged goods / fast‑moving consumer goods environment
Experience working with a direct‑store‑delivery (DSD) distribution company
Exposure to creative workflows or agency collaboration
