Job Description The Team: Grow Squad The Grow Squad is the cross‑functional team responsible for Wise’s Holding and Wealth products. The team empowers customers to live the life they want by making their money work as hard as possible. Through Asset products, we move users’ funds from low‑interest accounts into higher‑yield investment options while retaining instant access for daily use. The Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic commercial voice for the Asset product line. The role sits directly in the Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers to own go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and lifecycle adoption for our investment products worldwide. The challenge is to explain complex financial mechanics—Money Market Funds, Equity Indices, Yields—in a simple, transparent, and fair way. The role bridges regulatory compliance and customer delight, ensuring users can grow their wealth safely. What You Will Be Doing Strategy & Positioning (The "Why"): Shape the global narrative for Wise Interest and Stocks, translating wealth‑tech concepts such as APY, Yield, Fund Performance, and Risk into clear, human‑value propositions that resonate across diverse customer segments—from freelancers in Brazil to expats in Singapore. Conduct market and competitor intelligence on fintech and traditional banks, mapping user needs and anxieties around savings and investment to inform the product roadmap and ensure real‑world solutions. Launch & Go‑to‑Market (The "How"): Lead the GTM strategy for launching Assets in new markets (e.g., APAC, Americas) and deploying new asset classes. Coordinate cross‑functional teams—Legal, Compliance, PR, Paid Media, CRM—to execute flawless, compliant launches. Drive ongoing campaigns once a market is live, continually refining messaging to be locally compelling and selecting the right channels to reach potential customers. Root decisions in data and collaborate with product and marketing teams to execute high‑value campaigns. Enable Sales and Customer Support by providing pitch decks, FAQs, and battle cards that help teams answer complex questions about risk and returns. Qualifications Product Marketing Native: 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in FinTech, WealthTech, or a high‑growth B2C platform. Financial Literacy: Comfortable with AUM, APY, Yield, Liquidity, and Capital at Risk, and able to explain the difference between a Savings Account and a Money Market Fund without jargon. Regulatory Comfort: Experience in regulated industries with a track record of crafting copy that is both compliant and compelling. Data‑Driven Storyteller: Validate copy with data (SQL, Looker, Mixpanel); measure impact on messaging and iterate based on conversion funnels. Global Mindset: Experienced in localizing value propositions for varying markets and regulatory environments. Interview Assessment Focus Demo of Metrics Framework: showcase a framework that links soft marketing activities to hard business results (Adoption Rate, CAC, LTV, AUM). The Misaligned Insight Story: explain a time your user understanding was wrong, how you validated it, and how you pivoted the messaging or product.
