The Greer Group is hiring a Data entry clerk for our concrete client located in Fuquay Varina, NC! This a temp to hire role, with growth opportunity's. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00 pm. Pay: $19-$21/hour depending on experience (Paid Weekly) Temp to hire Description: The data entry position is to aid with the incoming text messages. Working in excel, updating spreadsheets with appointments as well as reschedules from text messages received. Direct messages to the proper person and follow-up on each message to be sure a resolution has been attained. Ensuring all messages are transcribed correctly and in a quick manner. Call customers with any questions, while updating the spreadsheet. 2-3 years of excel experience. Must pass a background check and drug test. Customer service experience. Data entry experience Must be ok with dogs in office.
