From Retail and Grocery Spaces to Industrial and Office Developments, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our exceptional standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects. · Proactively schedule subcontractors to maintain or exceed project timelines. · Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site. · Interpret and implement project plans and layouts accurately. · Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making adjustments as necessary. · Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. · Identify and address potential issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution. · Handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organization. · Promote and represent BSM Construction, Inc.'s core values professionally. Requirements/Qualifications: · Must have 5+ years experience as a Superintendent, specific to tenant improvement and retail construction. · Extensive knowledge of ADA interior and site requirements. · Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans. · Proven experience in managing subcontractors and project schedules. · Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage large or multiple projects simultaneously. · Physical ability to navigate construction sites. · Professional demeanor to interact effectively with clients and team members.
