Job Details
Our Construction Company is seeking highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support diverse Commercial Construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a passion for project management. You\'ll collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and timely completion of projects. From Retail and Grocery Spaces to Industrial and Office Developments, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our exceptional standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial construction projects.
Act as a liaison between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to track project progress.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and project milestones, providing updates to stakeholders.
Prepare and manage essential project documentation (contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders).
Support procurement by placing orders for materials and ensuring timely deliveries.
Troubleshoot on-site issues, helping to maintain schedules and resolve challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Attend project meetings, document key discussions, action items, and follow-ups.
Requirements / Qualifications
At least 2-4 years of experience in Construction Project Coordination or Management preferred.
Must be able to read and understand construction drawings
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software
Familiarity with Commercial Construction processes and terminology
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
General Contracting / Commercial Construction preferred
