Total compensation = $20.00-23.00 per hour (includes base + tips)
Full time and Part time positions available (eligible to earn overtime)
Daytime and evening hour availability
Must have weekend and holiday availability

Role Responsibilities
Wash wares by hand or using a commercial dishwashing machine, ensuring correct sanitization methods are used in a hot and humid environment
Put away all clean dishes and equipment in their proper storage areas so they are easily accessible to other staff
Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of clutter, including sweeping and mopping in the event of spills
Monitor and empty trash and recycling containers throughout the store as needed
Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing equipment and supplies, including the dishwashing machine, chemical dispensers, chemical storage & three compartment sinks
Monitor & address any cleanliness issues in back hallway, loading dock area, dumpsters, or receiving area
Complete daily shift tasks, such as sweeping and mopping customer & retail areas after business is closed and maintaining employee break areas
Assist the Retail, Maintenance, and Production departments with larger cleaning tasks, such as walk‑in cleaning and equipment deep cleaning
Support other team members with various kitchen and cleaning duties as directed by a manager.
Physical Requirements
Move, traverse or remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
Constantly use manual and automatic food service equipment
Regularly move up to 25 pounds for a distance of 50 feet or more
Occasionally move up to 50 pounds for a distance of 25 feet or more
Regularly move up to 200 pounds with assistance (e.g., via hand truck, cart, dolly) for a distance of 100 feet or more
Frequently retrieve items above shoulder height and/or clean items above shoulder height
Occasionally ascend/descend ladder to clean or lift items stored above
Occasionally position self to clean, maintain equipment, and retrieve items below counter height
