Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of landscape crew members to ensure efficient and high-quality project completion Promote and maintain safe, professional work practices on all job sites Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company positively to clients Learn and perform all tasks related to landscaping projects, adapting to new challenges as needed Mentor and develop crew members by providing constructive feedback and support Qualifications
Experience working outdoors, preferably in landscape services Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to providing excellent customer service Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks Benefits
