About the Role
We're seeking a dependable and service-oriented
Porter
with
basic maintenance knowledge
to support the daily upkeep of a luxury high-rise community.
This role is primarily focused on maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the property, while also assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
What You’ll Do
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, amenities, and garage spaces
Perform daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and power washing
Manage waste areas, including compactors, recycling, and cardboard breakdown
Assist with light maintenance tasks and report any safety or repair needs
Maintain outdoor and shared areas such as pool, building perimeter, and common spaces
Support residents with deliveries and general requests as needed
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and team members
Ensure all equipment and work areas are safe, clean, and well-organized
Previous porter, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred
Basic maintenance knowledge (painting touch-ups, minor repairs, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards
