ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced

Facilities Manager

to lead the maintenance and engineering operations of a luxury residential community. This role is responsible for ensuring the property’s building systems, amenities, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards.

The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance team, coordinate with vendors, and work closely with property leadership to maintain a high-quality living environment for residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who is passionate about building operations, team development, and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily maintenance and operations of building systems, common areas, and amenities

Lead, train, and support the on‑site maintenance team to ensure high-quality service

Coordinate building inspections, preventive maintenance programs, and vendor services

Monitor building performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings

Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies

Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and operational documentation

Respond to emergencies and participate in after‑hours on‑call rotations as needed

Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members

What You Need to Succeed

5 years of facilities or property maintenance experience, preferably in luxury residential or high‑rise communities

Leadership experience managing or mentoring maintenance teams

Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and life safety systems

Experience coordinating vendors and service contractors

Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and building operations best practices

Strong communication and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
