About the Role We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to join our dealership’s internet sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong earning potential, ideal for someone eager to break into automotive sales or grow an existing skill set.
What You’ll Do
Respond promptly to internet inquiries, leads, and customer questions
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Provide a professional, friendly first impression of the dealership
Work closely with the sales team to help drive showroom traffic
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
Positive attitude and willingness to learnBasic computer skills and ability to multitask
Customer service or call center experience is a plus
Automotive experience is a bonus—but not required
Sign-On Bonus Candidates with prior BDC, internet sales, or automotive dealership experience may qualify for a sign-on bonus based on experience level.
