What You'll Do
Connect with new and existing customers through phone, text, and email
Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
Follow up on inbound leads quickly and consistently
Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and activity
Build rapport with customers and create a strong first impression of our brand
Partner with the sales team to turn appointments into deals
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Competitive mindset with a drive to hit (and beat) goals
Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
