Receptionist / Front Desk Lead - Cable Dahmer KIA of Lee's Summit
Location: Cable Dahmer KIA of Lee's Summit

Pay Rate: $15-$17/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, M-F, Saturday
Cable Dahmer KIA of Lee's Summit is seeking a professional and organized individual to join our team as a
Receptionist . We are currently looking to fill a new position and are open to candidates who have the experience and interest to step into a
Lead
role.
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealership, ensuring that every visitor and caller has a positive, professional experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
Operate a multi-line phone system, routing calls to the appropriate departments.
Provide guidance and training to other receptionists to ensure consistent service standards.
Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, and distributing mail.
Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized.
Ensure that all incoming calls or inquiries are handled effectively and followed up on when necessary.
Support sales, service, and office teams with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. (automotive industry a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
Proficiency with standard office equipment, phones, and computers.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
