As an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will support our clients in achieving their unique goals and contribute to a dedicated ABA team.

Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions.
Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill‑building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment and maintain relationships with families.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification required before working.
Willingness to learn, passion for children with Autism, patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Need to Know
Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
All positions start part‑time.
Commitment to a 6‑month tenure to positively impact clients' lives.
Great Fit If You Have Experience In
Education or early childhood development.
Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
After‑school programs or camp counseling.
Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
ABA therapy or work with individuals with Autism.
