Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Technician – clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years)
Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and record behavioral data
Support skill development, communication and social interaction
Participate in training, supervision and team collaboration
Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
Pay & Career Growth
Entry Level: $15.00/hr
RBT I-V: $16.00–$20.00/hr
Senior RBT: $21.00/hr
Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership
What We’re Looking For
Required
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation to the clinic
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)
Preferred
Active RBT certification
Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields
