About the Role
As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
Collect and track session data
Support skill development and promote positive behavior
Share progress with your clinical team
If you love working with children – or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional – you may be an excellent fit for this role
