
Express Service Advisor

The Express ServiceAdvisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service. This individual presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. Serves as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
Job Requirements
Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner
Determining vehicle needs based on customer information, vehicle walk-around and multi-point inspection results
Using a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for on-going required maintenance of their vehicle
Communicating with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work.
Follow‑up with customers and confirm completion time.
Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates
Personal and professional integrity
Setting and achieving targeted sales goals
Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and encourage repeat and referral business
Accurately document repair, maintenance and warranty charges on repair orders per dealer specifications.

Qualifications
Some (6 months - 1 year) experience selling automotive service work in either a dealership, customer service, or high volume service center.
Possess high‑energy with positive attitude.
Willing to work Saturdays.
